That was a very close game until those two guys got hot in shooting 3's. Could of gone either way before the onslaught of 3's. If I am not mistaken I think that WPGE team had 3 2020 kids on that team who had just played in championship game before that game. Hell of a game 91-71! Wow that is a lot of points. I wanna see that WPGE 6th grade add a few more pieces.

@watcher yeah I said region elite wasn't bad at all however they need some more ballhandlers..Illinois Gold Rush gave Hoops 4 Health a run for their money in Champaign on Sunday..Class of 2020 guard Elliot Sieger can shoot it from the parking lot as he kept Gold Rush in the game..David Olgysby (2019) is good also

:)Gd afternoon forum, just got the lowdown on the Baylor Holiday Tournament, held in Champaign, Illinois. over this past weekend. The Illinois Battle Cats 4th and 5th grade teams went out and played well in bringing home championships, both of those teams are well coached and come prepared to play, I really see them being better then what they already are come state tournament time. As for that other team off the north shore, Hoops4Health pretty much had their way in the 6th grade division. Yeah Illinois Gold Rush played well, but not well enough to win, on the other hand come state tournament time they may very well be the team to beat. If the rumors are true about Nimari and Lance leaving. Whatever these two decide to do let me be the first to say H4H will not be the same without thse two.

booball I agree the Illinois battlecats 4th led by Elijah and Isaiah and 5th grade led by Aquan and Devin are the teams to beat for state tournament and H4H. 6th grade is a force to be wreckoned with.Jahiem Holden is a sleeper..We all know lance and Nimari but You will hear a lot about Jahiem as the season progresses

I hear Nimari and Lance are just playing for h4h for the fall and winter circuit..once the spring and summer circuit come around Nimari will run with Wacg 5th grade and Lance will run with G3 6th grade team..but I think they both left the Illinois Raptors for good

@scout, you are correct in saying Jaheim will be heard from, the lil dude can flat out play, but will he be able to lead H4H once Lance and Nimari are gone? and trust me they are leaving for bigger and better things. @ballislife, the Raptors are a team of the past for those two, it was fun while it lasted. H4H has some other players who will have to step up inorder for them to be a force on the aau circuit in Illinois, look for Illinois Gold Rush to be strong contenders for state in the 6th grade division.

booball yeah Jahiem ran with Illinois Future last year and they barely did anything in Illinois last year..sometimes I forgot they were a team..so yeah that is the big question. Will Jahiem be able to still make noise once Lance and Nimari leave

If Lance and Nimari leave h4h by state tournament time then it will be up for grabs for the 6th grade division..I like the Illinois Rising Stars with Pippen son and Maliq Anderson..The Raptors still have Ray J Dennis who is a true PG and I hear they've added a kid name Demari Grant who suppose to be good as Lance, H4H will still remain a threat with or without lance and Nimari with Jahiem and big Oscar, Ferrari has a good backcourt with Sean Q and Trace leading the way and Illinois Gold Rush are tough led by Elliot and David

@scout, everyone is entitled to their own opinion, and in my opinion Demari Grant has to prove how good he is on the court in a big game, against tuff competition on a consistent basis, something Lance Jones has done the past couple years. Ray J has been to war against and with Lance Jones, so ask him what he would rather do, be on his team or play against him. The boy is a winner, proof in point when he played with the Raptors they won about 70 games and maybe lost 10, finishing 3rd at nationals, playing in some top tournaments in the midwest, Indiana, Missouri, Wisconsin, and making the final four in a couple and the final 8 in others, while also winning some big tournaments. Dont put Demari Grant in the same category as Lance Jones until he has won some big games for the Raptors or whoever else he has played for. Thats putting undue pressure on a kid who is trying to use another kids name to make his known.

booball I understand you and I was thinking the same thing..we all know lance jones is proven to be the best player in the state at his level but I just "heard" that demari grant was good like lance I never witnessed it or I am not claiming that he is

@scout, again thats your opinion, that Lance is the best at his grade level, whether he is or not, one thing is certain, he has proven to be a winner.

@scout, thats the rumor, that Lance will be wearing a G3 uniform this spring, he's already played with them in a tournament this year, and he his going to MSE camp in Indy next week. Whatever the case may be right now Lance is playing with H4H, and doing a good job at making that team a local power. With Nimari Burnett, Jahiem Holden, Oscar Armstrong, Quinn Pemberton, Damone Gray, Glyn Rubio those guys have made some noise in the chicagoland area.
